National Vocation 2019 rankings named Sechenov University the best university in Russia for medicine. They analysed 49 medical school in Russia and 77 Russian universities which offer medicine courses. National Vocation evaluated faculty expertise, academic and research performance, as well as the university’s resource availability.
Sechenov University is the only medical school in Russia to participate in the 5-100 Project which aims to bring at least five participating universities into the top hundred universities in the world according to the major world rankings, as well as to improve the prestige of higher education in Russia.
